Project Type: Assessment
Activities: The Regional Brownfield Partnership issued a sub-grant to the Town of Berlin $46,800 for a Phase III environmental site assessment in order to close data gaps at the vacant 1.61-acre property.
Project Status: Fuss & O’Neill completed groundwater monitoring activities and provided an addendum to the original Remediation Action Plan. Berlin will use the results to secure a developer for the site.
