Activities: NVCOG assisted the Town of Wolcott obtain a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment. NVCOG has secured a site access agreement, and DTE, the selected environmental firm has produced the Phase I report.
Project Status: NVCOG staff is assisting Wolcott facilitate a property transfer.
