Cheshire Land Use Decision-Making Presentation

In an effort to make land use procedures more approachable and less frightening for everyone, the NVCOG is teaming up with the Town of Cheshire and the Coalition for a Sustainable Cheshire, Inc. to deliver a Land Use Decision-Making presentation.

The event is scheduled for April 10, 2024, at 6:30 pm at the Cheshire Public Library (104 Main Street, Cheshire, CT). While some of the content will be specific to Cheshire, the presentation is open to all members of the community who are interested in learning more about getting involved in local government.

Accessibility Site Plan Lunch & Learn

Join us for an interactive workshop on accessibility in site planning and its importance in creating inclusive communities. The event will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM at the NVCOG Offices at 49 Leavenworth Street 3rd Floor, Waterbury, CT.

This event is tailored for planners, commissioners, engineers, and developers. We are honored to have Bill Voelker, FAICP, as our guest speaker.
