Project Type: Assessment
Activities: In November 2025, the Regional Brownfield Partnership awarded the Town of Berlin assessment funding to complete a Phase I and III Environmental Assessment to close out data gaps at the vacant 1.61-acre property. This data will assist the Town of Berlin and an interested developer in understanding the remedial needs of the site ahead of beginning development processes.
Project Status: An Environmental Firm is anticipated to be contracted in the spring of 2026 to begin environmental assessment work on site.
