Project Type: Assessment
Activities: NVCOG assisted the Town of Wolcott obtain a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment. In 2024, the Town of Wolcott was awarded assessment funding from the Regional Brownfields Partnership to complete a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment to facilitate a property transfer.
Project Status: Down to Earth Consulting is conducting environmental activities on site and expects to conclude work in late 2025.
