Project Type: Cleanup Activities
Activities: NVCOG’s Revolving Loan Fund Committee awarded the Borough of Naugatuck a subgrant of $350,000 for remedial activities at 0 Maple Street, formerly known as Uniroyal Parcel B. This funding will be used for soil management and LEP oversight to further the first phase of the project’s remediation and redevelopment plans. The project leverages over $30.5 million in public and private investment for a planned end use of affordable and mixed rate apartments with commercial space along the newly constructed train station.
Project Status: A subaward agreement has been executed.
