NVCOG has published its draft Title VI Program Plan. As the administrator of the Greater Waterbury Transit District and Valley Transit District, the Plan will assist NVCOG in ensuring compliance with Section 601 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The NVCOG will be holding a public meeting to review updates to the regional Title VI plan on May 14 at 5:30 pm at the NVCOG offices, 49 Leavenworth Street, 3rd Floor, Waterbury and on May 16 at 5:30 pm at the Valley Transit district, 41 Main Street Derby.
