Regional Tree Canopy Assessment Lunch & Learn

NVCOG is hosting a Lunch & Learn on March 25, 2026, from 11:30 am to 1:00pm, in-person at the NVCOG office and virtually on Zoom. The presentation will give an update about the regional tree canopy assessment project which is funded by the U.S. Forest Service*.
- NVCOG staff will share details on the data available that will be available once the assessment is completed and how that data can serve municipalities.
- Participants will be able to share their insights and input on the project and topics affecting tree canopy throughout the region.
Tree Wardens are highly encouraged to attend, and all interested municipal staff are welcome to attend.
Free lunch is available to those who register to attend in person at the NVCOG office. Continuing education credits are available with 1 CEU for CT Forest Practitioner, 1 CEU for CT Supervisory Arborist Recertification, and 0.5 CEU for International Society of Arboriculture.
