Regional Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan Municipal Coordinator Workshop

NVCOG and its consultant, Milone & MacBroom, Inc. will conduct a 1.25-hour presentation and workshop to review the profiles of natural hazards and the associated risks posed by these hazards. Topics to be covered include findings from the local planning team meetings conducted in fall 2020, updates to the risk profiles and estimated losses attributed to hazard events and disasters, and a presentation from CT DEEP about ongoing flood map updates in the region.
- Required Attendance: Local Coordinators or their designee
- Optional Attendance: Additional members of local planning teams such as public works, engineering, planning, building, and emergency management
